June Meeting and Sew and Share

Our members have been busy this month, here are the projects they shared with us at the June meeting...

Elise created this "Little Bits Diamond Log Cabin" using Batiks from her stash and it is paper-pieced.

She also created "Jagger the Unicorn" , a pattern from Etsy. The fabric is from Smilespinners. It is appliqued.

Maike created  "Flynn Quilt, Wheel of Mystery" using fabric from Flynn Quilt.com-reproduction fabrics and this
"Dresden Plate " in 1930 fabrics from Flynn Quilt.

Lois created this small quilt from the Improv class our guild offered with Kaffe Fassett and Kona fabrics.

She also made this "Gaelic Blessing" , a Ricky Tims design using hand dyes fabrics. It was machine pieced with  raw edge fused applique with a machine blanket stitch.

One of our newer members created a tennis door hanger which she designed herself using lots of scraps, 3 tennis balls, ribbon and floss for the strings. She told us she had played tennis for 40 years. She also designed and created this Golf bag door hanger.

Cindy created this "Lucy Crossbody Purse," from Sew Many Creations using cork and cotton. She also made  this "Cathedral Windows" by machine from Erin Underwood Quilts.com  using cotton muslin and batik.

Debra made this "Block of the Month" for for the  Letort Guild using Kaffe Fassett fabric.

Gina created EPP blocks-Lucy Boston using various modern designers like Anna Maria Horner, Tula Pink, Amy Butler, etc. She finds it very addicting.

Maryellen made this "Serenity"quilt using fabric from Needle Down Fabrics.

A few more beautiful pieces from our members...
